SewGreen relies on volunteers to help us run the store and teach classes. We need people who know how to sew, knit, crochet, or do needlework—but you don’t have to be a professional seamstress to be a great volunteer.
If you can answer questions about how a sewing machine works, how to cast off, or the best way to pin a hem, you’re the kind of volunteer we need. Even if you can give only a few hours a month, your time will make a big difference at SewGreen@Rochester.
