Become part of the SewGreen team!

SewGreen relies on volunteers to help us run the store and teach classes. We welcome all talents and you do not need specific skills nor to be a professional seamstress to volunteer. Some tasks include measuring and tagging fabrics and trims, prepare bags for fabric bundles, laying out fabric on the shelves and reorganizing the displays, preparing kits, etc.

 

If you do have specific skills, tell us about it. You could bring something new to our store or even teach a class. We always welcome new ideas.

 

Even if you volunteer a few hours a month, your time will make a big difference at SewGreen@Rochester.

We require that you are fully vaccinated to volunteer in the store.
