SewGreen’s New Location

SewGreen Rochester is celebrating the new year and a decade of operation with a new location, just two blocks from the old place and a half block from the Susan B. Anthony House. Join us – we’re opening for retail on Wednesday, January 7th, 2026 (see full schedule below). Our wonderful volunteers and staff packed up the works, coordinated the move and are setting up the new shop at the corner of West Main and Madison Streets. Come see our separate retail and class spaces with loads of natural light. Donations, sewing machine repair and the office have well lit, designated spots. Because relocation has been Mike’s priority, the calendar listing Saturday and Sunday classes will be late. However, most clubs are ready to roll. As we enter our current work in progress, we are grateful to founder Georgia Carney and all who’ve helped SewGreen Rochester survive and thrive over time. We look forward to seeing you very soon!
